Representatives from the Extraterrestrial Intelligent Search (SETI) Institute in Mountain View, California, said Monday that the donut rock “could be a large meteorite with some small debris next to it.”In January 2014, NASA’s Opportunity probe found a white stone on the outside and red on the inside, which mission team members likened to jam doughnuts.
